After getting the dreaded blue screen errors on my computer, I spent 3 days on the phone with tech support in India. When they exhausted all of their ideas, I started to ask around hoping to find someone who knew what they were doing. Luckily, I was referred to Pandora Computer Service and I came in contact with Steve. He came over to the house(which alone is a wonderful service) and quickly determined it was the hard drive. He was able to retrieve all the info from the old hard drive and install it on the new computer that we had purchased. This was all done in a very timely manner by Steve while he answered all of my computer questions that I have been wanting to ask someone for a long time!! He is very knowledgeable and patient! My computer has never run better and I still have all my pictures and documents. I will definitely call on Pandora Computer Service again if there are any problems down the road and I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends. I took my computer to Best Buy because of a problem I was having. After briefly looking at the computer I was told that I needed to purchase a new one. I was so confused by the geek squad as well as the salesman that I left and said I'd be back when I had more time. Lucky for me that very afternoon, my neighbor said she had found a computer genius that would come to your house. That genius was Steve Schleper from Pandora. He was able to come to my house the same day I called and within a little over an hour had my computer fixed. I had a problem with it the same night because of the many window's updates that I had failed to download and after doing so the problem happened again. Called Steve, he was back the next morning and in a short time had the problem resolved. He is so patient and kind when explaining things, especially to someone very computer challenged. Steve got rid of a virus my PC had evey when the manufacturer could not. I do not use my PC for business purposes but I really miss it when it is not working properly. I am extremely happy with the service. It took him 40 minutes to get me up and running again, while my PC manufacturer spent 3 plus hours on the phone with me and the issue still wasn't resolved.

When our computer went down due to a faulty fan, our business came to a screeching halt. Of course it was 4 p.m. on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
